DukeGroups

In the fall of 2008 OSAF began using a new student organization information database called DukeGroups Directory.  The database is intended to simplify and streamline services for student organizations and provide more information for students about groups at Duke.

DukeGroups allows organizations to:

  • List their information in the public listing
  • List their information in the space reservation approval list
  • Store important documents (constitutions, rosters, minutes, etc...)
  • Advertise events (both public and private)
  • Control and contact membership
  • Register for Student Activities Fairs, Leading at Duke Sessions, and other OSAF sponsored opportunities
  • Organize financial transactions (coming soon)
  • Create online polls and elections

DukeGroups allows all students to:

  • Browse and search for student organizations
  • Join an organization digitally
  • Vote in elections (coming soon)
