Baldwin Scholars Unsung Heroine Award

Nomination Instructions

Any Duke undergraduate, graduate, alumna, faculty, administrator, staff, or retiree is eligible for the Unsung Heroine Award. 

Unsung Heroine Award nomination letters should be sent to baldwinscholars@duke.edu.  Priority consideration will be given to nominations received by Monday, March 16, 2009.

Description of Award

The Unsung Heroine Award, given by the Baldwin Scholars program, recognizes a woman who has demonstrated extraordinary dedication to issues that face women at Duke or in the larger community, but whose efforts have not received formal recognition.
