Who can apply?

- Undergraduate student organizations that (1) have been formally recognized or chartered by the University and (2) have an assigned fund code or account issued by the Office of Student Activities and Facilities (with prefixes 811 or 817)

When to apply?

- There are two calls for funding proposals: once in the Spring (April) and once in the Fall (October). We encourage student organizations to submit proposals for the ENTIRE UPCOMING YEAR during the Spring funding round.

What does it fund?

- Programming that benefits undergraduate students and their Duke experience. The University Fund is comprised of contributions from the offices of the President, Provost, Dean of Trinity College, Vice President for Student Affairs, and Alumni Affairs.
- Events must address at least one of the following program categories:
- Multiculturalism/diversity
- Non-alcohol social activity
- University/community service
- Cross-cultural/collaborative (between at least two other student groups)
