Frozen Accounts

During the beginning of the Fall 2009 semester groups were asked to send their treasurer to one of eight (8) mandatory student organization information sessions offered between mid-August through mid-September.  If an organization did not send a representative to one of the meetings their organization fundcode was placed into "Frozen" status as OSAF works to verify if the organization is still active on campus.

Notification about a group's frozen status was sent to all listed presidents and treasurers in the DukeGroups Directory (the official information database for student organizations) in early October.

Below is a list of the group accounts that are currently frozen.  If your organization is listed please send a representative to the make-up session that is being held on:

Thursday, November 5th, 2009
6:30pm - 8:30pm
Schiciano Auditorium 203 Teer
Fitzpatrick Center Teer Bldg.

Organizations that do not send a representative will be considered financially inactive for 2009-2010 and will no longer be able to access their account for any purpose.

Attending Mandatory Student Organization Sessions are a part of the responsibility of maintaining a well-maintained organization and staying in good standing with the University.

If your organization has questions about frozen status please contact Ryan O'Connell in OSAF.
