Job Responsibilities:

Heather has been with OSAF since July 2008. She coordinates a variety of leadership development programs such as Leadership Roundtable, a semester-long series that introduces first-year students to leadership at Duke by engaging them in dialogue with some of Duke’s most inspiring faculty and administrators.

Heather is responsible for conducting the Multi-Institutional Study of Leadership, an assessment of Duke student leadership development (institutionally and nationally). She also chairs committees focusing on Duke's Division of Student Affairs and Fuqua School of Business Center on Leadership and Ethics (COLE) partnership.
